Analysis of effector domains is published in Molecular Cell!

We are excited to share our publication “Compendium of human transcription factor effector domains”. Here, we provide a catalog of 924 effector domains across 594 human TFs. Using this catalog, Luis Soto and colleagues characterized the amino acid composition of effector domains, their conservation across species and across the human population, and their roles in human diseases. Furthermore, we developed a database to explore all effector domains in this catalog (http://tfregdb.bu.edu:8383/tfregdb/).
