We are excited to share our publication “Compendium of human transcription factor effector domains”. Here, we provide a catalog of 924 effector domains across 594 human TFs. Using this catalog, Luis Soto and colleagues characterized the amino acid composition of effector domains, their conservation across species and across the human population, and their roles in human diseases. Furthermore, we developed a database to explore all effector domains in this catalog (http://tfregdb.bu.edu:8383/tfregdb/).

I came across this via Enter an article URL and try multiple archive or reader-mode routes from one tool - found the paper through one of the article archive links that removed the paywall nicely. Pretty cool that they cataloged 924 effector domains across 594 TFs; makes the tfregdb resource way more useful now.
